abilities to guide them towards continuous improvement of their
operations. Mr. Hilgeman's professional experience lies in nearly
every manufacturing sector with clients ranging from very small to
multi-national Fortune 500 companies |

Trent E. Peyton, BSEE

As an electrical engineer and technical project manager, Trent has
an extremely strong background relative to real-world application of
system design and analysis. While Trent is often called on for a
large variety of technical work, we most often utilize Trent's
electrical expertise in conducting arc flash hazard analyses and arc
flash prevention engineering. Trent is the owner and president of
Peyton Technical Services, LLC in Corydon, IN. The Hilgeman Group,
Inc. and Peyton Technical Services, LLC have formed a strategic
alliance in order to greater serve our respective clients on their
electrical safety programs. |

Troy Wesley
Hilgeman/Peyton Arc Flash Team, Arc Flash Project Manager |
Troy has been an Arc Flash
Project Manager for the Hilgeman/Peyton Arc Flash Team since May
2007. Troy completed his electrical apprenticeship in Muncie,
Indiana before moving on to work with an electrical contractor where
he spent 5 years as a crew leader. His next stop was TRW Automotive
in Marshall, IL as the Lead Electrician and Head of the Electrical
Safety Department. While there, Troy oversaw facility improvement
projects and was Project Manager on a major production line upgrade.
Having been involved with an electrical arc flash accident while at
TRW, Troy brings a unique perspective to our team. In addition to
having very solid hands-on electrical experience, our clients
consistently compliment us on Troy's training abilities.

Daniel Powers
Hilgeman/Peyton Arc Flash Team Member |
Bachelor of Science - Electrical
Engineering Technology, Purdue University
Prior to joining the Hilgeman/Peyton Arc Flash Team, Dan was
employed with the Clark County REMC as an engineer for two (2)
years. In October 2007, Dan accepted the position of Engineering
Manager at Peyton Technical Services is primarily responsible for
managing all aspects of Arc Flash Engineering studies, including the
assembly of one-line diagrams in AutoCAD and generating the SKM
models. |

Kristy J. Prewitt, MS

Master of Science - Indiana University
As a member of our Arc Flash Team, Kristy plays a pivotal role in
coordinating NFPA 70E hazard assessments, Electrical Safe Work
Practices training, and equipment labeling projects. Kristy comes to
us from Indiana University where she most recently served as a
professor/lecturer in the apparel merchandising and business
marketing program. With graduate level knowledge of various textiles
and their industrial applications, we rely on Kristy's expertise
with Flame Resistant fabrics when recommending various types of
personal protective equipment, particularly arc flash protection. |

Lex Simms
Environmental Scientist |

As an environmental scientist with nearly a decade of experience,
Mrs. Simms has the unique ability to take complex and technical
compliance issues and manage them in a way that is both
customer-oriented and cost-effective. Due to the large variety of
technical projects she has managed, Mrs. Simms has established a
strong report with both state and local regulatory agencies. Her
technical work includes water and air monitoring, environmental site
assessments, emergency response planning, and stormwater management. |
